Program Audit and Strategy Implementation

The National Gallery of Canada is recognized as a premier cultural destination and event venue in Canada, but faced several challenges following the COVID-19 pandemic. Rev Hospitality Co. was brought in to evaluate the Gallery’s event rentals program and provide practical strategies to improve governance, operations, marketing and sales. Our approach focused on intensive interviews, workshops and job shadowing with management and staff to understand firsthand the challenges the organization was facing. Guided by our findings and professional industry experience, we developed a series of 13 key recommendations and provided implementation support, positioning the Gallery to deliver exceptional visitor experiences and reestablish itself as a premier venue and landmark in Canada.
